Tomas Seikalis advises local and international clients (Public Authorities and Economic Operators) on Public Procurement and helps to resolve various respective issues (CVP IS).
Tomas worked at contracting authorities and later as a lawyer advised contractors (suppliers) and represented them in courts. He is the author of dozens Law Reviews and was the member of various working groups. Every year Tomas leads and holds more than 20 workshops, training sessions and seminars on public procurement.
